The Dimples the Whale™ Podcast shares real ocean stories, whale facts, and the people who protect our marine mammals, fisheries, and seas.
Educators Edition will offer classroom-ready segments, discussion prompts, and simple activities for teachers, librarians, and parents. Kids Edition (ages 5–8) delivers short, playful episodes that answer the questions children actually ask.
The first episode drops late October.

Patricia Alvarado Núñez
Cohost and cofounder of Dimples the Whale™. Two-time Webby™ Award–winning executive producer and cohost of Stories from the Stage podcast. Patricia’s hosting accolades include multiple Signal Awards — Silver Winner at the 2022 inaugural awards, Silver Winner and Listener’s Choice Winner in 2023, and a 2023 nomination for Most Inspirational Podcast – Individual Episodes. She helped the series surpass 350,000 downloads and earned a 2024 Silver Anthem Award.
Alan Catello Grazioso
Cohost and cofounder of Dimples the Whale™. Alan helped launch and serves as executive producer of Harvard Radcliffe Institute’s BornCurious podcast, which has surpassed 50,000 downloads. He has overseen more than 40 episodes and guest-hosted several, including a standout kindness-themed episode with the coauthors of The Biology of Kindness (MIT Press, 2024). The show was featured in the Harvard Gazette and helped birth a freshman seminar course at Harvard University.
